APPLE PRESERVATION !

Apple will preserve better when handled with care.

Store them in plastic perforated bags in the refrigerator drawer. You can also freeze apples; cut quarterly, sliced or in pieces but never freeze a whole apple.

If you buy your apples in large quantity, favour a cold chamber between 0 and 4 C. in order to keep moisture, cover them with perforated plastic bags.
